First live presentation in San Francisco

Yesterday at the San Francisco PUG meeting, Postgres-R has been presented to the public. In his live demo, Markus (Schiltknecht) Wanner showed the replication of a simple transaction as well as two conflicting transactions and how Postgres-R detects that and correctly aborts one of the transactions.
